CRCA Hours of Operation

Office Hours: Monday ~ Friday
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Cedar Road Christian Academy is open from 6:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday for daycare, before and afterschool care.

Elementary school classes are in session 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Kindergarten classes are in session 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Three and four year old classes for half day students are in session 8:30 AM -11:30 AM.

Both the elementary and the preschool class schedule follow the Chesapeake public school closing calendar, with the exception of Good Friday when CRCA is closed.

For children enrolled in full time care or in our afterschool program, we are only closed for the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Because working parents need consistent childcare, we are very sensitive about closing on snow days. We are often open for childcare even when public schools close.
